"We had a Canuck press here [Toronto] for a time and it is made in Italy if you can believe it! The back of the press it said Torino, Italy. It was manufactured by Saroglia, who are still in business. I was able to contact them for technical assistance, they were most impressed that the machine was still in use. The vague instruction sheets that we got with the press also were written in Italian. Our press had been used on our street, two doors from here, by an Ukrainian newspaper and typesetter."
